Claudia Calmon

Claudia Calmon de Sá holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine (UFBA) and an MBA in Business Management (FGV). She worked as a veterinarian for 10 years on the farms of the ACSA group and for another 10 years as the financial director of the same group. In 2018, she began managing Agrícola Cantagalo, the cocoa farms, alongside her father, and in 2022, the family succession was completed. Since then, she has led over 300 employees across the group's 14 farms. Claudia is a cocoa producer passionate about cabruca and social and environmental sustainability.
