Evan Judd is the Program Associate supporting the office of the WCF President.
Previously, Evan has experience in the service and hospitality industry for more than two years while also working at a DC non-profit focused on local food security and assistance.
Evan studied International Relations at American University with a focus on International Development and Sustainability. While completing his studies, he spent time in both India and Vietnam researching the effects and effectiveness of development strategies. In India, he conducted research first hand in coordination with a local non-profit on the role of micro-finance and micro-insurance in urban development strategies, while also taking courses on the effectiveness of government policy. In Vietnam, Evan studied the progress of post-war development including: rural farmer support, removal of unexploded ordinances, social assistance for the four generations affected by Agent Orange, National reunification, gender-conscious development strategies, Public-Private poverty elevation strategies, and strategic development moving forward with climate change.
