Gustavo Marun Cozzarelli is the founder and CEO of Höganäs Chocolate, a premium chocolate brand based in the south of Sweden. His chocolate is made from cocoa beans coming directly from his family's 100-year-old cocoa plantation in Los Rios, Ecuador, known for winning several national & international awards. As a fourth-generation farmer, Gustavo knows the chocolate industry inside out, from growing cocoa and running a farm to making and producing chocolate.
Under his leadership, Höganäs Chocolate has grown to stand for quality, sustainability, and ethical production. Gustavo uses exclusively cocoa beans from his family's farm to make sure each piece of chocolate reflects his family's long history and love for chocolate making & cocoa growing. His deep knowledge and commitment to his work have made both him and his chocolate well-respected in the chocolate world, continuing his family's legacy.
