Vice President & General Manager, Latin America, The Hershey Company
Larissa is Vice President and General Manager of Latin America at The Hershey Company, whose most important markets in the region are Mexico, Brazil, Puerto Rico and Chile. In this role, she leads the strategic direction, planning, operations, and growth initiatives across the region, driving business acceleration and market expansion.
Since joining Hershey, Larissa has held key leadership roles, including CMO | Senior Director of Marketing, Human Insights, and Innovation for Latin America & Brazil and General Manager for Hershey LATAM, where she spearheaded double-digit growth and enhanced digital & analytics capabilities.
With extensive experience in consumer goods, Larissa has held leadership positions at Mondelez International, Diageo, Pfizer, Energizer Holdings, Reckitt Benckiser, and KFC. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts and Communication and a Master’s in Marketing and International Business. She also completed executive programs at Stanford University in Design Thinking, Neuroscience Applied to Innovation, and Scaling Up Excellence.
Larissa lives in São Paulo, Brazil, with her husband, Rogerio, an oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
