Matthias Lange has been with ICI since 2012, most recently as Director of Operations and Strategy. Before joining the organisation he spent ten years in West Africa and at the headquarters of the French Development Ministry and the European Commission, where he managed international development and humanitarian aid programmes in the areas of food security and nutrition.
