Rachel Mlinarchik has 15 years of experience at the intersection of private philanthropy and social impact, connecting donors to programs and opportunities that align with the change they want to see in the world. Currently a Senior Director of Development at CARE USA, she previously spent time fundraising for organizations such as Public Citizen, American University and the American Kidney Fund. Additionally, Rachel leads Gender, Equity and Diversity Trainings for CARE and for clients from some of the world’s leading international organizations including USAID, the U.S. Peace Corps, and the World Wildlife Fund. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from George Mason University and a Master of Arts in international communication from American University’s School of International Service.
