Mr. O’Sullivan leads the development of an international portfolio of environmental market projects for GreenCollar, including nature-based solutions to climate change and waste plastic recovery and recycling. Since 2016, Mr. O’Sullivan has also led components of two USAID funded projects in collaboration with ECOM and Hershey’s (TGCC and ILRG) that promote deforestation free cocoa in Ghana through improved tenure security, farm rehabilitation, and a payment for ecosystem services scheme that supports shade tree planting and forest restoration.
