Managing Director and Co-Founder, Elucid Social
Samuel is a Berlin-based neurologist, global health researcher, and social entrepreneur dedicated to advancing equitable healthcare solutions in low-resource settings. After completing his medical training at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, with additional studies at Harvard Medical School and Northwestern University, Samuel co-founded Elucid Social and the digital health financing platform mTOMADY. As the Managing Director of Elucid Social, he focuses on improving healthcare access for small-holder farmers in global supply chains.
Alongside his entrepreneurial ventures, Samuel has held research and leadership positions at the Charité Center for Global Health. Currently, he leads the Global Digital Last Mile Health Research Lab at the Heidelberg Institute of Global Health. His work integrates clinical expertise, digital innovation, and strategic partnerships to develop and implement sustainable, high-impact healthcare solutions for underserved communities worldwide.
