Tamara Hardegger is the Managing Director of the Swiss Association for Responsible Investments (SVVK-ASIR), a coalition of the largest Swiss public institutional investors (pension funds and insurance providers). She orchestrates the ESG screening and engagement and related activities on behalf of its eleven members and is responsible for working hand-in-hand with the board for the strategic development.
Tamara has over 10-year experience in Sustainable Finance working with investors globally. As a product manager with Thomson Reuters in London (now LSE Group) she led the integration of ESG metrics into the firm's data platforms gaining a deep understanding of ESG ratings and their challenges. Later she helped investors craft their sustainable investment strategies at Sustainalytics (now Morningstar) out of Frankfurt. Tamara holds a M.A. from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva and is now based in Zurich.
