Tilmann Silber

Tilmann Silber leads the global strategy development and implementation on climate & forests at the world's largest chocolate manufacturer Barry Callebaut. As a recognized sustainability leader, the company has pioneered innovative climate strategies in the cocoa industry, including on deforestation prevention and agroforestry. Prior to his position at Barry Callebaut, Tilmann developed and led a consulting team focused on agricultural supply chains at leading climate solutions provider South Pole. He holds a Master in Environmental Sciences from ETH Zurich and a Master in Sustainability Leadership from University of Cambridge.
