Monitoring and Evaluation Systems Manager, World Cocoa Foundation
Webert José serves as Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Systems Manager at the World Cocoa Foundation (WCF), where he focuses on the management, coordination, and systems support of CocoaAction M&E. He has 20 years’ experience in M&E, statistics and data analysis including use of a variety of software packages, program management and leadership and international development. He has worked extensively in Haiti and Niger in large international organizations, including the USAID mission in Haiti, CARE International, Save the Children International, and the Lutheran World Federation.
Before joining WCF, Webert was Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning Manager and then Acting Chief of Party in a food security program funded by USAID/FFP and implemented in Niger by Save The Children International. In this position, he gained significant experiences in monitoring and evaluation of activities related to food security, livelihood and agriculture, resilience and disaster risk reduction as well as gender empowerment in Niger. From May 2011 to November 2016, Webert worked with the USAID Mission in Haiti as Program Specialist / Monitoring and Evaluation. Prior to this position, Webert worked in Haiti at various international organizations in roles ranging from program management to monitoring and evaluation to information system management.
Webert is an Engineer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Statistics. He is tri-lingual in French, English, and Haitian Creole and has a good understanding of Spanish.
