Helena Connors is a Senior Consultant at 3Keel, a UK sustainability consultancy known for its expertise in corporate sustainability and responsible sourcing across global commodity supply chains. She manages the Retailer Cocoa Collaboration, uniting major UK and European retailers to improve transparency and assess the social and environmental performance of cocoa traders. Helena advises clients on forest-risk commodity strategies, legislative developments, and building more responsible and resilient supply chains. During her career, she has supported a diverse range of clients from small businesses to national retailers, FMCGs, NGOs, and public sector organisations.

Before joining 3Keel, Helena worked as an environmental consultant leading projects for WWF-UK, the James Hutton Institute, and the UK Government. Helena began her career in the legal sector, spending four years as a solicitor specialising in EU and competition law. Her legal experience now underpins her expertise in navigating the complex policy and regulatory landscape surrounding sustainability and corporate accountability. She is committed to building cross-sector coalitions and fostering collaborative solutions that move global supply chains towards a more just and sustainable future.
