The cocoa sector is navigating increasing scrutiny, evolving regulation and rising expectations for transparency. A fragmented narrative weakens the sector’s ability to respond. WCF provides the shared voice needed to engage policymakers, civil society and consumers with clarity and confidence.
We convene sustainability, legal and corporate affairs leaders to align key messages, ensure transparency and support consistent communication across the sector. This collaborative approach helps elevate shared priorities, improve understanding and reinforce the sector’s credibility with external audiences.
Effective communication requires shared vision. Each year, the WCF Partnership Meeting brings together companies, governments, civil society, researchers and producer representatives to deepen understanding and strengthen collaboration. The event provides a forum to explore emerging challenges, exchange insights and support greater alignment across the sector.
The 2026 Partnership Meeting will take place in Amsterdam on 17–18 February, convening stakeholders from across the global cocoa value chain. The event will focus on coordinated approaches to the sector’s most significant challenges and support alignment on priorities for collective action.
