Juliette Cody

Juliette Cody leads Barry Callebaut’s Forever Chocolate sustainability framework and the Group’s policy agenda on poverty reduction, climate action, deforestation, and human rights. She oversees the design and implementation of programs to achieve the initiative’s long-term goals.

Previously, she headed the Group’s Climate and Nature agenda, coordinating efforts to ensure compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and deforestation-free commitments. Her background includes developing agroforestry, forest conservation, and regenerative agriculture programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Policy from Sciences Po.
