She leads efforts to design and pilot high-integrity biodiversity credits, manage complex projects across global teams, and integrate rigorous science into emerging nature markets. Her work spans governance, pricing, MRV, and stewardship frameworks, ensuring biodiversity credits deliver measurable conservation outcomes. Prior to TNC, Katie managed large-scale planning initiatives for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and directed biodiversity data projects at NatureServe.
