Emily is the Operations Manager at Cool Farm Alliance, where she plays a strategic role in advancing globally aligned, science-based tools for sustainable and regenerative agriculture. With over 20 years of experience in agricultural sustainability, Emily has worked across research, strategic engagement, policy and public affairs in the public, private and corporate sectors.

At Cool Farm, Emily leads several strategic engagement and funding initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration with industry stakeholders, researchers and policymakers to drive the adoption of credible sustainability metrics. As the perennials lead, she drives the development of software improvements and innovative methodologies that quantify the greenhouse gas impact of perennial cropping systems. In addition to her external-facing roles, Emily plays a critical part in operational management at Cool Farm and project manages major software developments. She enjoys developing internal systems, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency, joy and excellence.

Beyond her role at Cool Farm, Emily has extensive experience in public affairs and policy, advocating for sustainable agricultural practices that align with environmental and climate goals.
