Thomas Teddy Kwashie

Teddy brings a wealth of experience as an Electronics and Communications Engineer, with over a decade in service delivery across diverse environments. His expertise spans infrastructure management, enterprise software deployment, virtualization, and Intune.

Before joining WCF, Teddy served as the IT Manager at The Cadmus Group, where he leveraged engineering technology to optimize system performance and implement security safeguards. His leadership advanced digitization in procurement, finance, and administration, maximizing capabilities across Microsoft Suite and SharePoint. Teddy also previously worked as the IT Officer at Family Health International (FHI360) Ghana, where he took up additional duties to backstop IT regional responsibilities.

Teddy holds an MSc in Telecommunications Technology from Aston University, Birmingham, UK, and a BSc in Telecommunications Engineering from Ghana Telecom University College. He is also a certified Cyberoam Network and Security Professional (CCNSP) and has IBM Digital Badges in Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Identity Management, and Cybersecurity Threat Investigation.
