Sheila Senathirajah

Sheila Senathirajah is Head of Social Impact at ISEAL, overseeing work on human rights and decent work, smallholder equity and livelihoods, covering living income and wages. She works across sustainability systems, platforms and relevant stakeholders, bringing different actors together to address the systemic challenges underlying these issues and drive practical, lasting change. Within this work, she also co-convenes the Living Income Community of Practice (LICOP), alongside partners GIZ and Sustainable Food Lab, supporting collective action to advance a decent standard of living for all.
