About

The World Cocoa Foundation (WCF), in partnership with the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD), is pleased to announce that Ghana will host the 2027 World Cocoa Foundation Partnership Meeting in Accra from 17–18 March 2027.

The announcement was formally made during an official ceremony on 21 May 2026 at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Accra, bringing together representatives from government, industry, civil society, development organisations and the international cocoa community.

The WCF Partnership Meeting is one of the cocoa sector’s leading global convenings, providing a platform for collaboration and dialogue on the future of sustainable cocoa. The event brings together leaders from across the cocoa and chocolate value chain to address shared challenges and opportunities affecting cocoa-growing communities and the wider sector.

As one of the world’s leading cocoa-producing countries, Ghana continues to play a vital role in advancing sustainability, resilience and long-term prosperity across the cocoa sector. Hosting the 2027 Partnership Meeting reflects Ghana’s leadership and ongoing commitment to strengthening collaboration across the global cocoa community.
