Experienced manager, trained in management, IT and auditing techniques. Worked for more than ten years with an Anglo-Saxon firm (PricewaterhouseCoopers) as an auditor and management systems auditor.
As Manager and then Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he led or co-led numerous accounting, financial and management systems audit assignments. He has an understanding of corporate accounting, management and IT issues. and IT issues.
As "Contrôleur Général" of the Côte d'Ivoire subsidiaries of the L'Aiglon group in Côte d'Ivoire, Managing Director of the subsidiary Karité S.A. (coffee-cocoa trading) and Deputy Managing Director of LCCI (cotton industry), he has acquired solid experience in the management of industrial companies.
As Technical Advisor to the Minister of State and Minister in charge of the Reconstruction and Reintegration program, he headed the working groups responsible for drawing up the reconstruction and reinsertion program.
As Deputy National Authorizing Officer for the EDF and National Coordinator for cooperation between Côte d'Ivoire and the European Union for some 10 years, he has consolidated his knowledge of administrative management and gained valuable experience in managing development projects financed by the European Union. On behalf of Côte d'Ivoire, in negotiations on EU aid programming at both national and sub-regional levels.
His time at the Côte d'Ivoire Embassy to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg of Luxembourg and the European Union, as Deputy Permanent Representative his entry into the world of diplomacy and work with the ACP Group of States ACP Group of States and the ACP Secretariat.
