Mr Lluna studied Law and Political Science, with postgraduate studies in European Law and International Relations.
After gaining experience in Brussels, he joined the European Commission in 2003, working in various departments, including the Secretariat-General. Since 2016, he has been with the Trade Department, managing the Trade Policy Committee and negotiations on the agreement with the United Kingdom. In 2021, he became Trade Counsellor at the EU Delegation in Brasília, focusing on agricultural issues, the WTO, and sustainability.
