Finance Manager, World Cocoa Foundation
Since March 2019, Fréjus has served as the Finance Manager at the World Cocoa Foundation’s Côte d’Ivoire office. He is responsible for ensuring consistent and effective implementation of product lines for expenses inquired by various programs, as well as ensuring that financial accounting entries are in accordance with the requirements of the Finance and Operation Team. Additionally, he tracks the execution of approved budget expenditures and manages the office’s Human Resources.
Before joining WCF, Frejus was the Finance and Accounting Officer at TechnoServe for five years. He assisted in the revision of finance policies and procedures in the Côte d'Ivoire office, concluded by satisfactory audits initiated by the head office.
Fréjus originally joined WCF as a Business advisor in charge of daily management and coordination of the Cocoa Livelihoods Program (CLP) in Western and Central Côte d'Ivoire (Duekoué, Bangolo, Guiglo, Daloa, Guéssabo, Vavoua, Bonon.)
Before his experience with NGOs, Fréjus served as a Financial Analysis trainee implementing and monitoring an internal project for the agricultural cooperative CASAHS Daloa, for the banking of cocoa producers (2013-2014).
Fréjus received his Bachelors in Audit and Management control from the Ecole Pratique de la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Côte d’Ivoire office (EPCC-CI).
