Country Director of Cote d'Ivoire and Guinea, CARE
Ghislaine Sandrine Fouda has more than 20 years of experience and coordination of sustainable development program on health and gender equity with the World Bank, Global Fund, PEPFAR, USAID, UNDP, KOICA, DFID, the European Union, as well as the private sector.
Ghislaine has worked with CARE for more than 15 years and she is currently the Country Director of CARE Cote d’Ivoire and Guinea where she is responsible for the office's strategic coordination, sustainability, resource mobilisation, partnership management and team management, as well as coordinating the national health initiative in coordination with Global Fund and PEPFAR / USAID.
In addition to subject matter expertise in women’s empowerment, improving access of vulnerable populations to basic services including health and education, financial inclusion, environment, and access to markets with a focus on private sector engagement, Ghislaine also has extensive experience in developing programs that address sexual and reproductive health.
