Mónica Pamela Esquivel Ríos holds a Master's degree in Agribusiness and Food Management and is a Certified Public Accountant, with extensive experience in fair trade. Since 2014, as the Commercial Manager of ACOPAGRO Ltda., she has led the marketing of cacao under Fairtrade standards, managing exports, contracts, and participation in international trade fairs. She has been actively involved in Latin America's fair trade integration spaces, promoting sustainability and access to international markets. Her career also includes consultancy to agro-industrial cooperatives, driving efficient processes and fostering equitable practices within the agro-industrial sector.
