Rebecca Rehn works as an ESG Analyst at Alecta Investment Management, a Swedish pension fund with 100 EUR bn in AUM. She is responsible for sustainability integration across all asset classes as well as proactive and reactive engagement with companies on ESG issues. In this role, Rebecca has led company engagement on Access to Medicines with the purpose to improve the global pharmaceutical industry access to medicine work in low- and middle-income countries.
Prior to joining Alecta, Rebecca has working experience from leading the sustainable coffee sourcing program of one of the largest coffeehouse chains in the Nordics and integrating sustainability in business strategies at EY’s team for Climate Change & Sustainability Services. Rebecca was based in the Permanent Mission of Sweden to the United Nations in New York where she covered the final inter-governmental negotiations of the United Nations 2030 Agenda before the adoption in 2015. Rebecca holds a MSc. In Business and Economics with a major in Sustainable Management.
