Stina Nilsson

Stina has more than 10 years’ experience engaging companies on ESG topics, in collaboration with investors. In this capacity she is primarily focused on topics related to human rights, in particular labour rights and community rights issues, and heads Sustainalytics engagement with the cocoa sector. Stina also leads a team of engagement managers at Sustainalytics Stewardship Department, working on a variety of sectors and ESG topics. Stina has given guest lectures at universities in Sao Paulo and Copenhagen on responsible investments and engagement and is an Advisory Board member of the multi-stakeholder network ‘The Living Income Community of Practice’. Stina has extensive knowledge in advising investor clients in engagement endeavors and human rights approaches and has been involved in developing human rights assessments of companies, as well as a number of position papers on ESG topics.
